The drawings showed the handle would have better appearance,but we thought it wasn’t convenient for end users. In order to get more reliable information, we did a simple consumer survey among our employees. About 97% persons said they wouldn’t choose the version because of inconvenience. We gave the feedback to our esteemed customer.
